Nice fire but to make it even stronger compositionally I would try another/different angle which is "different" than the straight on one... Maybe a closeup on the center of the fire or something. Good exposure!

I agree with Tom on trying a slightly faster shutter speed but this is done very well. Not an easy shot to capture with all the highlights and shadows. I might also try increasing the blacks a bit.
